Privacy notice

Your name, email address, Singapore mobile number, delivery address, and the last four digits and letter of your NRIC or FIN. We also record that you confirmed your eligibility and gave consent, and when.

We do not collect your full NRIC or FIN, your date of birth, your bank or card details, or a copy of any identity document.

To run the draw, to identify duplicate entries, to contact you if you win, to confirm your identity when a prize is handed over, and to post the prize to you.

We do not use these details for marketing, and we do not sell them.

Staff of EverTrust Solutions Pte Ltd who administer the draw, and the courier used to deliver prizes, who receive only the name and delivery address.

Entries are held in a spreadsheet operated by the Promoter. These organisations handle entry data on the Promoter's behalf:

Vercel Inc., which hosts this website (Singapore region)

Google LLC, where entries are stored in a Google Sheet and processed by a Google Apps Script

Telegram, used to notify the Promoter's staff of each new entry. The notification carries the name, a masked mobile number and the postal district only — never the email, the address or any part of the NRIC or FIN.

Entries are deleted within six months of the draw, that is by 24 June 2027. A winner's details are kept until their prize has been delivered and that period has passed, whichever is later, so that queries about a delivery can be answered.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and have it deleted, by writing to info@evertrustsolutions.com. Withdrawing consent before the draw means your entry is removed from it.

Access is limited to the people who need it to run the draw.
